RETURN & REFUND POLICY

        General Return and refund policies

        • Return and Refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the receive date and up to 30 days for defective products. 

        • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) must be available with your return request otherwise your request will be rejected. 

        • The Reason for return should be submitted with the customer return and refund request and it has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.

        • In case receiving damaged or defective Item, you could return the item to same condition received with (original box/packing all labels and barcodes on it) within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

        • After returning the damaged or defective item. it would be examined, and if found to be defective or damaged, will process your refund along with shipping fees within 7 to 14 working days from the refund approval depending on your payment method.

        • You can return certain product or item from your order you don't have to return it all.

        • In case of refund and payment was cash. The customer is eligible for refund within 10 working days from the refund approval date.

        • In case of not reaching the customer within 10 working days the amount will be refunded as voucher and can't be changed to cash again.

        • Refunding in case of credit card payments will be within 7 to 14 working days after the refund approval.

        • In case the customer wants to refund any item for changing mind/dislike. As the item has no technical issue he/she will pay he pick-up fees.

        • In case of Defective Item , the customer can request return within (30 days) from the receiving date and the item will be returned checked before the refund approval.

        • If the item has manufacturing issue then the normal warranty process depending on the (Product/brand) polices will apply (after 30 days).

        • You may follow your return request through (my account) and we will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.



                • In case receiving a damaged or defective Item, you could return the item to same condition received with (original box/packaging all labels and barcodes on it) within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

                • The item is same condition received with (original box/packaging all labels and barcodes on it).
                  Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

                • In case of receiving wrong item, you can return into same condition you received it with (original box/ packaging all labels and barcodes on it). Once item returned will process your refund within 7 to 14 working days depending on your payment method.
                  Some items will be available to return within 14 days if change your mind with the same condition received with (original box/packaging).


                • Return request submitted after specified time frame (14 days up to 30 days in case of defective items).

                • Items is not with original condition (original box/packaging all labels and barcodes on it) including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and Accessories.

                • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

                • Personal use items.

                • Items like (Underwear-Lingerie-Socks-Software-Music albums-Books-Swimwear-Beauty & Fragrances-Hosiery).

                • Item used, damaged or not same condition as received.
